Top 10 PJ Condominiums

Lately i came across a properties website and have a view on the land properties and condominium around PJ. I found out that the design, place and the price are improved comparing last time. PJ is known as Petaling Jaya by the local. The origin of this city is to develop as a satellite township for the main capital city (Kuala Lumpur) including several industrial area and also residential area around it.

PJ in most ppl mind is an old city but during this few years there is new area was being develop as a new area for the PJ. The area are designed to be urban feel. Due to the raising of these properties or real estate, its a ideal timing for the ppl that are planning to buy, sell or even invest in these properties. In the other hand, if you plan to rent your unit out, condominiums are better choices, due to the high rental yield, low maintenance cost and also better security.
